重型电子开料锯适用于标准化大批量加工类型的家倶厂、电器厂、服装厂、玩俱厂、五金厂等板材的精密开料，如：人造板、铝板、有机玻璃、中纤板、密度板、刨花板、ABS 板、PVC 板、实木等。

重型退火机架，精度高，稳定性好，优化锯切软件多单混排，提高生产效率，工控电脑操作，同步打印标签。

工作台进料采用气动浮珠台面，保护板材表面，防止板材刮花。 

高质量的齿轮齿条传动系统，保证了快速加工以运动平稳。

主锯电机有多楔带进行传动，确保了锯切的精确平稳。

可以根据不同锯切长度，自动调节锯切行程，减少空行程时间，提高工作效率。

锯片装卸方便快捷锯与辅锯独立升降，采用直线导轨，该系统保障加工精度和结构强度，达到高锯切质量。

Clamps: equipped with 10 pneumatic clamps of high strength and holding 

power that allow the movement of boards and board packages. 

Side Pusher: Double side pusher allows perfect square alignment of boards 

ensuring the cutting accuracy.

The high-quality rack and pinion transmission system ensures fast work and 

smooth movement.

Saw carriage with rack and pinion drive 1.8kw, main saw unit 15kw, separate 

motor for scoring unit 2.2kw
